I am Senior Vice President, Clinical Services, Northern California, for Kaiser Permanente, one of the nation's largest not-for-profit health plans serving 12.4 million members. KP's Northern California Region provides integrated health coverage and care to 4.5 million members. My role is responsible for health plan and hospital accountabilities that require engagement and collaboration across all care settings. I provide oversight and direction of strategy and implementation of regional plans for our Medicare and Medi-Cal lines of business. I work with leaders from the Permanente Medical Group and health plan leadership to develop and drive strategies for new models of care for complex needs members. My role is accountable for operations of pharmacy, continuum (homecare, SNF, hospice, DME, dialysis, transport), specialty care services, mental health, resource stewardship, e-Care, PACE, and perioperative services.

Previously, I was Vice President, Strategy and Business Development, at Sutter Health, an integrated delivery system based in Northern California. My areas of focus were on senior care and home and community-based care businesses.
Prior to my strategy roles, I held multiple leadership positions in healthcare IT, supporting the organization's patient care mission by delivering innovative technology solutions that support our clinicians in providing quality care, and with business systems that enable financial strength.
